If you send them a certified letter that they do not respond to in the designated time frame and then you call - they tell you that they have over 60 attorneys so they don’t know who the letter went to (well anyone looking at the contents of the letter could punch up the client name in the computer I would think)? So that tells me that they may have 60 attorneys but the people in charge of paperwork aren’t competent- just a warning.
