Confused as to why even though I am the one taking care of my husband's account, they've gotten permission from him to speak with me, I'm actually the only one they've ever spoken to, they call my phone even though I've never given them my number directly, that I get hung up on when I try to call them back and give them what they want.

Based on over 30 years of experience as a superintendent of schools working with school district legal counsel I have found Girvin and Ferlazzo to be superb. They are immediately accessible at anytime of the day, and beyond. They are also responsive, providing the best possible legal advice for any situation upon moments notice. In today’s litigious world, the relationship between the superintendent and their district’s legal counsel must be of the highest order. Girvin and Ferlazzo goes above and beyond in providing that level of essential service.

They assisted me with a medical malpractice and wrongful death issue. The plus side is they use a doctor to review the case instead of just their lawyers. Having dealt with many lawyers on this issue, I would recommend them on that fact alone. I gave only three stars because they were unable to return my gig stick with my father in laws medical imaging records back to me. I am updating this review to 5 stars as they did something most other businesses do not do, that being make good on their claim to want to rectify an issue. You see many places respond to any less than favorable google review with the usual copy and paste customer service response, but this firm meant what they said and acted accordingly.

This firm was recommended by name by an Attorney I was working with on a different matter. They're just a collection agency! Very rude and unprofessional they hang up on you if things don't go the way they want. They are also extremely harassing and we have filed a complaint with consumer affairs they're looking into our situation at this time.

1. Quickest response time among all the lawyers I have worked with, 90% of the time response come back right away, 2. The reason of having such a fast response is having a seamless team work, Daniel and Bonnie together never let the ball drop, either he or she always make sure one of them respond right back to me, 3. Such a seamless teamwork made the case proceed in a smooth and efficient way, 4. Under the guidance of Patrick, Bonnie started a strong and convincing suit right out of the gate, Daniel made a touch down with a settlement one sided in our favor within two weeks that Bonnie initiated the suit, 5. So the whole process is not a tug of war, it was like we started the game with a quarterback throwing the ball to the receiver, then a touch down by this receiver, then the whole game is over, win. 6. My case was very strong, I did not mean they are magicians, however Bonnie and Daniel tried their best to give me a magic,
