Was quick and painless, unlike my motorcycle accident. I came in, spoke with Karla I believe and started the process. They told me focus on getting better and they'd take care of the rest. Here we are months later and the case is resolved. I'm very appreciative of the communication when updates were available along the way. Thanks GVI.
After being involved in an automobile collision that left me with a severely injured shoulder requiring surgery, I turned to Glasheen, Valles & Inderman for help. From the very beginning, Office Manager Raelene Alvarez was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, helping make the entire process less stressful.
From my very first meeting, Attorney Matt Lopez showed exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. He listened carefully to my situation, explained the entire legal process clearly, and immediately went to work on my case. It was clear from the start that he was fully committed to fighting for the best possible outcome for me.
Within a week, my case manager, Alexandria Ornelas, had already arranged my first doctor’s appointment. She handled every detail of my case with incredible care and attention, coordinating my surgery, scheduling all of my doctor visits, and ensuring my physical therapy was ready immediately after surgery.
Alexandria was always well organized, responsive, and compassionate, making sure nothing fell through the cracks and that I always knew what to expect throughout the process. Her dedication and support made a very challenging time much easier to manage.

On April 11, 2025 my family and I were in a horrible accident hit by a 18- wheeler. I had a hard time trying to find a lawyer but a family member recommended Glasheen, Valles & Inderman.
