*UPDATE to lawyers comment, correct I wasn’t the paying client but my LO was who we were was making me one of POA, so I was there along with another family member who witnessed this interaction, with additional legal paperwork. So the response is correct. But my review is also correct and I will stand by it 100%. Would not recommend. We hired JulieAnn C. and she was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. You would think you’re annoying her by making her actually do her job to assist a loved one, who brought us with them for a reason. I will never recommend. If you have questions or concerns, she doesn’t want to hear them nor address just gives attitude.
