When I was looking for an attorney to represent me when I was facing being fired from the post office. I found 3 attorneys, all 3 of them couldn't take my case because they told me they weren't accepting any new cases at the present time. Two of them highly recommended Ariel Solomon and those firms were in completely different states then Solomon Law firm. So I gave her a call and we talked about my case. She said she would take my case on. After speaking with Ariel she laid out a game plan and I was highly confident in her ability to win my case. After being in the Post Office for 26 years and facing losing my job. I was in a very dark place at that time In my life. After meeting with the postmaster and some other postal officials, there was an unforeseen circumstance that disqualified me from getting my job back. After that meeting, we took a short break out in the hallway. That was a devastating blow to me and Ariel and I could see that she was genuinely upset and felt a deep compassion for me at that time. I could also feel myself starting to spiral downhill, real fast. Miss Solomon came up With a suggestion and went back in and negotiated another outcome. I did not get my job back but she got me retirement disability with benefits. Although I did feel better about that outcome. After being with the Post Office for almost half my life. I felt like it was my identity And my purpose in life and I had just lost that. In hindsight, the outcome that she got me was actually the best i could have ever wished for. The post office was taking a severe toll on my body. I didn't know how much longer I could do that job. One of the stipulations of my outcome was that I could still work but I could not make more than 80% of my base pay from the Post Office. So I started my own towing business and I've been in business since 2015. I couldn't be happier in my life then I am right now. I work half the amount of hours and that gives my body a chance to heal. Because the post office forces you to work overtime. In the last ten years, I have stayed in contact with Miss Solomon. We check in once or twice a year to see how each other is doing. I have nothing but the utmost Respect, Admiration, Trust and love for her. For helping me through an extremely difficult time in my life. If it wasn't for her, I would have gone down a very dark and dangerous path, and my family is very grateful for her also. It's rare in life that somebody gets a chance to tell someone The difference that they made in their life. I have never told her this But now I guess she knows. I wish you good health and great success in whatever you do in life. And if you need a Great Law firm. Do yourself a Great favor and pick up the phone and call them. Take care my friend..... Paul D
Life Changing Experience! I honestly thought my career was over, not because the facts weren't on my side, but because as a federal employee, you are fighting against "The System". A system full of arrogant lawyers with endless taxpayer funds to crush you, regardless of the facts. Ariel and her team saw that as a challenge and ultimately restored my career, saved my retirement, and renewed my faith in our legal system. She singlehandedly fought my case against a barrage of federal lawyers, all the while inspiring me each day to be courageous, and not accept the deceitful plea deals offered by the government team. I will always be grateful to the Solomon Law Firm for their steadfast and uncompromising approach to win my case.

Professional, diligent, honest, successful. Solomon law firm has helped me over the past few years and recently helped me achieve a win against, what I had believed to be, terrible odds. My experiences with the team have been wonderful. So dedicated, so competent, so compassionate. I could not have chosen a better law firm.
