On April 19, 2025 I fell down flight of stairs leading to a community room entrance located in the Bronx, building, 2010 Bruckner Blvd . On Monday, April 21, I contacted attorney Jared from Glugeth & Pierguid, which was highly recommended from a friend and also a previous client that was also impressed with the services from Glugeth & Pierguidi. P.C . At first I didn’t feel I had a case , but once I sent over photos of my injury and where the fall took place., Attorney Jared was on the case. Ms. Hazel the office assistant kept me in the loop, she was very kind and very helpful. They made me feel that my case was high importance, by always checking in on me. My case was settle less than a year with no court appearance. I am very pleased with my six figures tax free settlement. They made my retirement life a little easier. I cannot say enough about this firm. I had a bad mc crash in September which messed up my shoulder and my neck. As awful as my experience was, Jared Glugeth, my attorney, and Hazel, who works at the office were above and beyond amazing. I would mostly talk to Hazel who was always extremely nice and patient. She couldn’t have been nicer to me. And the times I would talk w Jared he was direct and gave me all pertinent info w no bs. They got me the most $$ possible for my case. Again, I can’t recommend them enough Although my crash was awful, they helped me in the most meaningful way which was to get me cash for medical and health issues. If you someone hits you on your bike, I would run to this firm asap. Thank you to Jared and Hazel!!!!

Iʼm gonna be honest,  I’m an anxious antisocial introvert.  So much so, despite another drivers negligence,  I almost didnt contact a lawyer.  I did run my case by another lawyer and was told, “meh”.   On a whim I googled law assistance and was connected with this firm which I still am not sure how to pronounce.  After a quick rundown, Jarad responded, “I’m going to help you.”  Wow, great!   Thank you!  Hazel (sweetest most patient and patient woman ever) set me up with my first medical áppointment and now it was real.  My mental flaws in full effect, so at first I required a little encouragement and coaxing to deal with the waiting rooms, poking and prodding and Hazel was quick to provide it.  I settled down and was ok, after all I was getting better.   Hazel was always a text away and Jarad a phone call away.  If I was lost on my way to a medical appointment, Hazel called the office to explain my lateness and got me to the door.   I was given reminders and checked up on me after surgeries.  Jarad kept me up to date on his handling of my case the whole way and was always available.  I did nothing with the legałities and one day, the phone rings and its Jarad.  “You sitting down ?”   I got  a 6 figure settlement!  Life changing money!   I dont mind coming across as corny, I will miss them.  I obviously recommend them.    Hazel, be my life coach!   I’ll text you!!   Just kidding.  Thanks, guys and happy holidays!   -RIch
