So about a year and a half ago I was in a really bad accident and didn’t know what my life was going to look like in the near future because of my situation. I contacted Goff Law and they helped me from day one with my process. I had the pleasure no honor of meeting one of their representatives named Emily and she was a godsend. She babysat me through everything. Explaining it step by step what I was facing and always keeping me in the loop of my case though everything. If ever I had any questions or concerns I would reach out and she was always available. Even if it wasn’t at the moment but she always found time before the end of day to reach out and chat to put my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to help in anyway possible with a similar situation. Thank you Goff Law and Emily. Also Allyson. You guys ROCK

Honestly, I’m a little torn on my experience with Goff Law. I’ve had three separate experiences in dealing with the firm, in which the first went very well. Great communication, a very kind outward approach that matched what their website represents. This led me to a second experience which has been absolutely horrible. I was very patient over the first 10 months, providing updates and requested information. I began trying to seek proper documentation and material needed for appointments, at which time I was met with silence. I’d call and follow up every few weeks, being told I had to wait for the attorney to call me. Weeks would go by, and nothing. Trying to schedule follow up appointments and being told I need a specific letter from the attorney for the doctors office, and when I call the firm I’m told the attorney will provide it, to be met with nothing. I’ve been patient, my tone is not rude, my calls are few and far between with a level of reasonableness. It almost feels as if they advertised heavily and grew quicker than they could hire enough attorneys to handle the caseload. My third experience left me in a tough spot as it was heavily tied/related to the second. It became more difficult for me to go with a different attorney the third time around. Otherwise, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Consider carefully before making the same mistake I made.

Beware!!! This group will mislead you to think they are working in your best interest. They will do bare minimum for you. They are only looking to make out on people's misfortune. They will use your lack of knowledge against you. They will get a payday the easiest way for them whether its what you needed or hired them for or not. Then collect and leave you hanging. Do not use this group!

Working with Pam Cameron was amazing. She really is very communicative, sharing details along the way. She had my back every step of the way. She got me a very fair settlement...thank you Pam and Tracy!!! You are the best!!!!

Start to finish, Goff got it done! Brooke returned my call right away and took the case when other law firms wouldn’t. My case progressed years over 3 years to litigation. Litigation was a nerve wracking process but Elizabeth Swanson and her associate Calise Lemontagne kept me calm and informed throughout. Shortly before pretrial conference Liz got them to settle for the amount I wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with Goff Law Firm and I highly recommend them to anyone with a personal injury case.
