The Goff Legal team was just great in restating my Will and Trust. I had several places that needed attention and with their help the newer version was much to my liking.

We connected with Goff Legal when my father passed away and still had unresolved issues with a trust inheritance. Michelle Martin represented my father’s estate and helped us get our desired outcome. Michelle was compassionate, relatable, extremely knowledgeable about CA law, and always paid attention to the details. She walked me through all the questions I had and never made me feel like I was asking an unimportant question. We were so pleased with her skills that we also worked with her to do our estate planning. Again, she did not disappoint. Michelle walked us through all the steps and really tailored our estate plan to what we envisioned for our family. We were able to do virtual meetings or on the off chance I needed to go in person, there was always someone in the office available to handle what I needed. I hired this company to overlook a trust that I had signed already. Originally they said it would be a $500 consult review fee. However when I reached out and had them look at it I originally asked them to be an expert witness in court. They agreed to do so. Well the fee to look at it and have a 1 hour video call ended up costing me over $1200 . The actual “ legal evidence “ they gave didn’t hold up in court and they bailed on being my expert witness when it came time. Thanks for nothing this place is a rip off. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful experience! I was able to set up my one-on-one with the Attorney within a week. The Attorney explained in detail my options and what would be the best options for my needs.
