We sought separate legal counsel due to a complicated situation with our former business partners who wanted to handle our final transaction outside of a closing attorney. Our legal counsel confirmed that GHS Attorneys is a reputable law firm and how they are handling the transaction is very ethical and “by the books”! Nick and Leslie have been very helpful, kind, and have been working diligently to help us move things along in a proper way.
