This is my go to firm for all commercial and residential real estate needs as well as handing any probate estates. Professional, knowledable and most importantly they treat you like a priority. Cant recommend them enough.

We sought separate legal counsel due to a complicated situation with our former business partners who wanted to handle our final transaction outside of a closing attorney. Our legal counsel confirmed that GHS Attorneys is a reputable law firm and how they are handling the transaction is very ethical and “by the books”! Nick and Leslie have been very helpful, kind, and have been working diligently to help us move things along in a proper way. NEVER allow a closing to close too quickly if you don’t feel it’s being handled ethically for all parties! I would absolutely trust GHS Attorneys with any and all of my future transactions and would highly recommend the firm to others! Great job on working hard to keep the bar high in this line of work!
