Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.
This Lawfirm is very disgusting and unprofessional. I called them to see if I can be represented by them due to a pedestrian accident case and I spoke to Mr. GOLDBERG. This lawyer had me back and forth telling me that he would get back to me and never did. I reached him through email and the response was I will get back to you because I have a few issues pending. I even called last week and spoke to his female secretary and she told me he was on vacation and and would get back to me. He never did. So please go elsewhere. This firm should be reported to the bar and closed down for good. They are not for the people unless they only help people of a certain ethnic background and disregard the rest.

Although you were never our client, I can assure you that we gave your matter the serious consideration it deserved before declining to represent you. However, be assured that it has been our firm policy for the last 40 years to only accept or reject cases on their merits and never based upon the race, creed or color of our clients, the majority of whom are Hispanic, African American and Muslim. I am now back in the office and would be happy to discuss this matter with you at your convenience.

I used Jules Messinger for an accident case I had in 2016. I sustained some injuries but wasn't expecting much out of a settlement offer. Jules was professional and courteous and to my great surprise he negotiated a much larger settlement than I had expected. I would highly recommend Jules for any personal injury case.
