Goldman & Associates Law Firm

I paid thousands of dollars to Goldman & Associates for family law representation. My attorney was Bernadine Trout. Despite clearly disclosing information that directly affected jurisdiction, my case was filed in a state that lacked jurisdiction and was dismissed. I was never advised this was a risk, and I was completely unprepared for the issues that caused the dismissal. Months of my time, emotional energy, and thousands of dollars were wasted. Communication with the firm was consistently poor. When serious issues arose, no one would speak with me directly. Written concerns went unanswered, and months later an additional charge was made without explanation. Based on my experience, I could not trust the firm to provide competent, honest, or reliable legal services. This experience was financially and emotionally devastating, and I would strongly urge prospective clients to think very carefully before hiring this firm or working with this attorney.

Said they would represent our daughter’s divorce case. Strung out the process with promises of closure in the near future. Overcharged and contested our dispute to get our money back. Recently charged our credit card again without my permission. Avoid them.
