Overall, I wasn’t impressed with how things were handled, especially toward the end. The final outcome on the liens only reflected about a 6% reduction, which had a noticeable impact on my net recovery. Given the firm’s experience, I expected better. While it’s often said not to make assumptions, the level of communication I received frequently left me in a position where I had to. Updates were not as clear or consistent as they should have been. On top of that, when I raised concerns, the response felt more defensive than helpful(caring more about negative customer review than the customers needs at hand) , which didn’t sit right with me. Yes, the total settlement number looks good, but that doesn’t really mean much when the process lacked transparency and didn’t feel client-focused. Overall, I expected more. And cannot recommend them to anyone.

Called and was advised they would not help me with my unpaid compensation claim.
