I was dealing with a lot of issues with my brand-new vehicle—way more than should ever happen with a new car. The dealerships were difficult to work with and often made things worse. After my transmission went out for the second time, I reached my breaking point and decided to reach out for help.
At first, I was skeptical because I had only heard of Goldsmith through the letters they sent me, and I wasn’t even sure if I had a valid case. When I contacted them, all I had to do was send over my paperwork from the dealerships, the repair records, and my purchase and warranty documents. After that, they took care of everything.
It took about a year for the case to move through court, but whenever I reached out for updates, they always responded quickly and answered all of my questions. Once we won the case, they walked me through each step of the process, clearly explaining how the return and reimbursement would work and what to expect next.
They made everything incredibly easy to understand and handled it all with professionalism and care. In the end, it truly felt like a huge win—almost like hitting the lottery! I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a lemon law issue. I’m so glad they reached out, because I wouldn’t have known where to turn for help otherwise.
