I recently had an unfortunate experience with this law firm that left me questioning their professionalism and client engagement. When the attorney first contacted me, there were apparent technical difficulties, which resulted in a delayed conversation. During this time, I informed him that I needed a brief hold of about two minutes to handle some personal matters. Once we resumed our conversation, his tone suggested that he found the interaction bothersome, almost as if my call was an inconvenience to him as if he didn’t want to offer me his time. Throughout the conversation, I noticed he occasionally laughed or snickered in a way that felt dismissive. He frequently interrupted me and seemed disengaged, failing to fully listen to the details I was providing. This lack of attentiveness is concerning, especially in a profession where every detail can be crucial. Ultimately my concerns were not taken seriously and was told that he would call me back but after analyzing the situation the interaction did not meet the professional standards expected from a law firm. As a result, I requested that the firm refrain from contacting me again and suggested they review their client intake process to ensure better communication and engagement in the future.

Very pushy on the phone..asked for info then cut me off during conversations constantly. NEVER intended to help a black man against a white company. VERY smug and dismissive. I WOULD ADVISE DO NOT HIRE IF U ARE NOT WHITE‼️‼️ BEWARE AND BE AWARE‼️‼️

Deborah Gordon is absolutely the very best Attorney you could hope to have. Not only brilliant, but truly cares about your issues and concerns. Her integrity is absolute, her honesty is without question. At the end of the day, there is none better. If you have a truthful case, she is going to be right beside you. Attentive and concerning, compassionate attorney

Rudest attorney I ever spoke with. Must not have said the magic numbers to be worth their time because I got cut off mid sentence. No excuse for such unprofessional behavior.and lack of common decency. It doesn't take any extra effort to be nice to people. Being top ranked is no excuse for arrogance, karma will catch up eventually.

Very happy with the response and preparation in my case. Was surprised how well they knew my case details after months in between visits and hearings. Highly recommend the firm.
