I was at 70% when I hired this firm. They’re an accredited firm who deals with veterans cases. They also provided good bio’s on their attorneys on their website. I had many rejections despite what I felt was overwhelming evidence to the VA. With their help I was awarded 100% P&T in just under 12 months. The contact isn’t always constant but they were very good at returning emails and answering questions promptly, and calling you if you wanted a phone call. I am pleased with their service and recommend them if they suit your specific needs.

My husband is a former US Marine and combat veteran. He suffers with PTSD and unable to work at a normal job. He tried (unsuccessfully) and was terminated by 25 different jobs since 2011. He was resistant to applying for additional veteran benefits through the VA, because he believed since he didn’t lose a limb or body part, that he didn’t want to take away from other veterans. Yes, it’s the VA so of course everything is slow… But amazingly after about two years, he is now receiving 100% disability benefits.
