It was easy extremely easy, but it is leaving me a little confused as to what it all means at this point. A closing statement would be helpful to understand where I stand and what's next.
My husband has an open case with this firm for over 2 years now. He is dealing with pain 24/7 and has not received any medical assistance for over a year. His attorney (Lauren Smith) and staff has been very cold for over a year now. Emails and requests have been ignored. We requested to settle the case since August of 2025 but we have not heard from the attorney since then. We have not received any updates either. We regret ever hiring this law firm. Lacks professionalism and communication. I need someone to reach out to me ASAP regarding my case.
