Just want to thank Ursula so much! She assisted my fiance in his criminal case and helped us out drastically she got him a lower sentencing than what was originally offered and her and her team put in the work to get all the necessary documentation in order to fight his case. They are very pleasant to work with and Ursula is overall a wonderful person! I’m thankful that we hired her for representation. She also works great in the personal injury field.

A loved one passed away and Ursela created the will/trust for them them. As named trustee in the trust I called the office because I had 2 simple questions. After numerous calls and messages left over the course of a week, I gave up. After a while they just stopped answering. Normally, you contact an attorney in a time of need and need someone responsive to you. I would look elsewhere.

waste my time to explain you about my case and i did told you which town was and you told me that you can help. few hours later and got call from you and told me that you can’t take case cuz of where i from. ofc you’re scared of judge!

I had a very distressing experience with this firm. They initially took my case involving the abuse of my infant child at KinderCare daycare in Gilbert on Germann. After that, communication became extremely inconsistent. I attempted to contact Ursula multiple times and was repeatedly told she would call me back, but I never received a return call.
The day before Thanksgiving, I received a generic email from an assistant stating that the firm had decided not to move forward with my case. After emailing the assistant several times, I was eventually asked to provide my phone number so Ursula could contact me. I did so, but I never received a call.
I later emailed Ursula directly, explaining the emotional distress this situation caused and asking for an explanation as to why the case was dropped after months of being held. I have yet to receive any response.
Having your infant abused is already deeply traumatic. Being left without communication, then dismissed through a generic email months later, compounded that trauma. Regardless of the decision, the lack of communication and empathy was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
