Kevin is very professional, prompt and provides great communication! I highly recommend working with him.

Note of caution: I spoke with Mr. Gourley by phone and was assigned to Kevin Burkowsky, made my payment of $500 and did not receive any usable council. I had to point out passages of the legal documents to him which made me question whether he, Kevin, even read those docs. When I asked him for solutions, Kevin told me that someone needs to “do the numbers” but that wouldn’t be him. So what did I pay for? For Kevin to tell me he couldn’t support me. Find a lawyer that will tell you if they can help BEFORE you give them your money. I feel scammed.

A huge real estate group purchased our apartment complex and gave us all 20 days notice to vacate our homes. One letter from Mr Gourley had them revoking the notice. Gave us 90 days notice to move out and move out bonuses! He truly uses his super powers for good! Bless you!

After doing ALL of the research myself at the courthouse regarding our personal property and one other issue, we met with Mr Gourley . The receptionist said we were so lucky, because he was headed to Panama the very next day. He assured us that he would be Skyping with his office daily, and one of our issues may take awhile. The first of our issues, we find out several months later, is too complicated and he suggested we take additional steps. We gave him A YEAR to fix the second issue. When I called regarding the status, I was told NOTHING had been done because no one at the Snohomish office had any knowledge of our request. Mr Gourley was so excited to get to Panama and do work on his yacht that he paid no attention to us as clients. ZERO stars, Mr Gourley. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
