Well what can I say about Greathouse, that everyone needs to know? Well the name says it all. It's a great house of legal advise and representation for any and all of your personal injuries that you will need and require. Torin had my back from beginning to end. This firm guided my recovery as if it was their own body that was injured. I received top-notch care and am able to walk normally with no pain. The monetary compensation was a definate plus! Thank you Torin and the entire staff of Greathouse Trial Law. Heaven forbid, but if I am ever injured, I will be back.

These people literally used me and didnt do anything for me. But they did take all my money and I’m the one that’s injured for life. This is my first accident and I was very ignorant as too who too call. They gone tell you too go too the chiropractor and the pain doctor but they don’t tell you the price of all this stuff. These people are crooks and I encourage anyone that’s been in an accident to make sure you ask questions and learn you don’t need no attorney to get paid especially if the person at fault says that they are at fault. They held my money for months before even telling me that I had gotten my money!!! Scammers is all I can say. Do not go too them they don’t care about you as a client all they care about is the money

They have a great staff. The staff person I spoke with, Mr. Poole, is the epitome of knowledgeable customer service. As long as he works here I will recommend them to anyone. I haven't spoken or interreacted with anyone else so I can't speak for them. I recently found out that He's no longer there.... They made a mistake letting him go. If not for his efforts I would change my review to one star. I would not ever call them again for anything and pray whoever got rid of that great employee also gets the boot

I’m not having a good experience. I had an accident in Nov 25 and my attorney is not following up nor answering my texts Update 3/25 Originally I had a 2 star. After my complaint, the communication started. And everything is getting handled properly.

They were very professional with me, guided me on the medical facility to start treatment, and I was impressed by there consistent follow ups with me. A front desk worker at the chiropractor office I was going to informed me that the law firm was calling them at times to stay posted on my issue. A person with the law firm actually spoke with me in person at my first chiropractor visit to explain the process and sign some paperwork. I thank Jesus I came across them and got compensated from my bad experience with my vehicle accident. Will definitely refer this law firm to others.

I’m leaving this review to honestly share my experience with Great House Law so others can have a better understanding of what the process may look like. My case started with some communication issues from the very beginning. The person who was initially assigned to my case went on medical leave, but my case was never reassigned to another representative. Because of that, my case and then I spent a long period of time not knowing who was handling my case or who to contact for updates. I tried reaching out multiple times for information but had difficulty getting responses. The only time I was finally able to get someone’s attention and receive a response was after I left a public review about my experience. After that, someone from the firm did reach out and things began moving forward again. Later in the process, when we started discussing the settlement, I was told a specific amount that I would be receiving. This number was mentioned more than once by the person handling my case, and his assistant also communicated the same amount to me. Based on those conversations, I believed that was the payout I would receive. Afterward, I was informed that there had been a “system error,” and the amount I had previously been told was no longer correct. When I questioned the change, the representative told me he never gave me a specific number, and never told me that amount which was false and confusing because both he and his assistant had previously communicated that same amount. After some back and forth, I was given an additional $2,000. However, I was told that this was being done on the condition that I would not leave a review. I was never asked to sign anything regarding that request. While the firm did ultimately handle the case, the lack of communication, the confusion about the settlement amount, and the fact that my case went unassigned when the original worker went on leave made the overall experience feel disorganized. My recommendation for anyone working with any law firm is to make sure important details, especially settlement expectations, are clearly documented in writing so there is no confusion later in the process.
