Lord this is the worst to go to they didn’t do much I did all my legal work out side of them geting 2 medical bills that they sent me to I went to there doctor they charged me 17k just for taking my blood Pressure 2 times and 4 pain shots . Never spoke to the attorney but on the day I hired them now my problem is with the doctor bills the place they send u to they lie to get treatment is bull I’m not questioning the Attroney because the person I worked with bre now she was helpful and always responded and helped me when I had questions so I will never say she didn’t do her job . If u ever in a accident I’ll suggest go to the 25 percent attorney because they send u to places to lie to get all your money when they never did anything they made things up on those medical bills but u can sue them personally for those charges and that’s my next route

DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!They are not professional and you talk to people who are not lawyers. They started 4 months later on my case. It was for my deceased father. They had their assistant Dj act like a paralegal. And she had no knowledge about anything. I had to tell her what to say. She couldn’t get any information from the doctors. So I gave them the documents and had to call and get them released. They waited 30 days right before my deadline to start working. Then acting like they did something when I told Mr. Greene Jr verbally i didn’t no longer want their services. They still persist with “ what will you be happy with “And they tried to add fake medical bills. It’s sad and pathetic that it be your own people. And attorney Overton is the fast talking, wait till the last hour to hear from her and she wanted to rush and lie. BE AWARE!!!

Don’t use them! My husband got into an accident, and the case has been dragged out so bad. 1) he can never speak to anyone, not even the lawyer they assigned to him. They don’t have a number to contact them, it’s all done by email. Unless they feel that you are going to fire them. 2) when they said the negotiation should be done in a day is a lie. For 3 weeks he thought they were about to come to an end when he received a letter saying they need the lawyer from Greene legal group to contact them back! 3) they will try and cheat you out your settlement, they tried to keep more then what they pay their clients. 4) when it’s time to pay you your money you have to wait 7-10 business days for them to receive the check than another 7-10 days wait for the check to clear and then they send your money. We are from Atl and thought we were picking a reliable legal group but it turns out that he is to pressed on doing radio jingles and being outside to really know what’s going on with his lawyers and his company.

I wish my HBCU communicated and kept up with me the way Greene Legal Group has done. Breona was amazing and Reginald even called me when I had a problem! If they could get zero stars they would ! I did not review the low reviews because I just knew God was trying to tell me to hire him maybe it was something else be was trying to tell me. Mind you im missing details .. like how my name was spelled wrong on the termination agreement . Unprofessional . I was informed that this was the best law firm in atlanta however not once did i receive that idea when working with Greene Legal Group . There was lack of communication, no proper follow up and Reginald never touched basis with me unless i Personally texted him . Not to mention the poor case worker was inexperienced and had to take alot of the backlash due to the laziness of Teanna Overton. I had to constantly be the one to facilitate and manage my own claim . It came to a point where I realized I could proceed without caution on my own . They sent a termination letter due to their lack of communication . I have tons of screen shots and copies of our conversations that show that his team doesnt know what their doing and that its the case manager who is not even an attorney - working on my case . When I asked for an updated status because i was told they would process within 30 days, Tiana had no idea what to tell me because she hadnt even really looked at file if AT ALL . She kept saying “i dont know actually “ How do you not know if you have my medical records ?! Im the one that sent them and not to mention Aysha stated she had the medical records when they sent over my zipfile the only thing in there was what I Provided. Im very concerned about this practice . Seek representation elsewhere or just do what I did and send a settlement offer to the bodily injury department yourself . Edit : i dont think theres anything wrong with leaving reviews at poor establishments . Mind you im 29 my account is old but thats neither here nor there … there was no egg to scramble your attorney never reviewed my case! You never even sat down with me to truly review my case neither did Teanna. I told your team if they werent able to provide me a proper follow up that I would like to remove myself . Not to mention your team didnt even send over proper documentation when requested …. You had no idea what was going on with my case. My case speaks for itself . You let a million dollar settlement walk right out of your office . Not to mention the initial inquiry your team never got back to me which I mentioned to the owner . . I digress .

Personally I wasn’t pleased with my service at all, I NEVER SPOKE TO ATTORNEY GREENE, my son and I were injured so bad and we only came out with about $8000 for me and $5000 for my son … and that was about the total for both of us together. I was only able to text the paralegal on most days. It was just a horrible experience but I pray it has changed
