It was my first time working with legal counsel and the process itself I learned can be very overwhelming. However, Sandy and Jeff were both very supportive, informative and overall massively helpful for the 2 years I worked with them. I could not recommend them enough honestly. It's not an easy process dealing with legal issues, but they always kept me up to date on what needed to happen and kept the expectations realistic. I felt fully represented and reassured. I don’t go around leaving lawyers negative comments. I only vented about my experience speaking with you. Plus one other law firm. If you didn’t agree with me suing the doctor, best thing you could have said was I can’t take your case. I would have respected that more. You are trying to save face. Plus your five stars. You may not have any records of me calling your firm. But that’s alright. Because I have the proof in my records. It’s time for everyone to tell the truth and shame the devil. I will not be removing the review. Nor this one. I have the right to write my experience down. And so I did. You were wrong to say that to me. And to add insult to injury, you tried to deflect like I must be getting you confused with other law firms. Just so you don’t get negative reviews. Sad world

I was willing to pay for the lawyer to view my medical records. Since he said that he wasn’t going to look at them for free. Which is understandable. I then asked him how much would it cost. He never answered. He only came off defending the doctor who put a hole in my lower intestines. I also told him that I have proof and my medical records. I can’t believe the lawyer said that I shouldn’t sue the doctor and messed up his career and life! But what about what he did to me! I only pointed out to the lawyer from this law firm, that he didn’t even give me a price on how much it would cost for him to view my records! So how are you saying all of this? It’s clearly negligence on the Surgeon part! He then got upset when I asked how can you say that about the doctor, when you didn’t even look at my records first! He then apologized and hung up on me. It’s fine though. 0 stars for me if I could with this law firm. I will be heard one way or another. It’s not about messing up that doctors career and life! I almost lost mines because of his mistake. How dare this lawyer! Unbelievable

If you have been in an auto accident and want a professional, quick response to your inquiry and an honest opinion of what you should do, this is your man. I was struggling with the final settlement offer of my accident, looking on line, thinking, where can I get an idea of what a fair settlement is based on my injuries and damage to my car? I have had the TV "commercial" accident attorney in the past, after a severe accident, and it was a nightmare. I am not saying they are all bad but it was so refreshing to get honest answers to my questions and not left confused about the whole insurance process. I highly recommend Jeff.
