I was riding my electric bike on a road in ft Collins. A parked driver opened his door 20 feet in front of me and my right elbow clipped his door. Subsequently I went over the handle bars and was knocked out for about 45 seconds. I did damage my elbow. Never thought I had no witnesses and he said I ran into his door!! my mom got them as her lawyer, and they have not communicated with her whatsoever on what is going on with her case. apparently, the lawyer Geffory got his money, but my mom is still waiting for hers and she's been trying to get in contact with them since sept of 2024 and they have been saying her settlement is coming and coming and nothing. horrible experience with them. no help whatsoever.

Hired this company over a month ago I’ve yet to get a call back a respond to a email nothing. I’m currently looking for lawyer that deal with lawyers to figure out this company’s motive.
