Despite the physical distance - I am in South Florida, and she is in the Gainesville area - I did not feel forgotten or less cared for. I had a relative pass away in Florida and leave me a house. I live in Georgia and had no idea how I was going to handle the probate of the will so that I could sell the house. That’s where Andrea stepped in after I was referred to her by my realtor. She was very efficient and helped me through the process step-by-step. I am not a very technologically savvy or a computer oriented person but every form she sent me included clear instructions and exactly what to do. I don’t think the process could’ve been any easier even if I lived local. She also was kind enough to send me pre-printed FedEx labels for the items I needed to send to her. Thank you, Andrea and if I ever run across a person in a situation similar to me, I would send them to you in a heartbeat
