Rudy is a great guy and really helped me.

Rudy has proven over time he is more than a lawyer. He became a friend and when I needed help he was there. He stepped up and helped me in my divorce which wasn’t his area of expertise. I witnessed firsthand the research he had to do to get up to speed on family law. Bottom line my divorce went thru and I got what I wanted and so did she. I credit his due diligence on law and how he listened first then pointed out the reality of what actually happens in a courtroom. My now x and I were both very bitter at the time and we fought over everything just to fight. Rudy was able to de-escalate the situation and got us to the table and we were able to settle it with no more drama. Bottom line is if he can do that he can do anything. He took a case that was out of his wheelhouse and did what 2 other lawyers couldn’t. That’s the kind of lawyer I want fighting for me.

Rudy took care of me when the insurance company couldn’t for a personal injury case. He was professional, straightforward, and took care of my needs every step of the way.

Don’t hire this man for anything! His lack of communication and port ethical values caused a major injury case to completely fall through the cracks. We approached him to make sure he could handle our case or if we needed to find another attorney and he ensured us he could handle it. All he did was tie himself in his higher percentage when the case settled, a year later after filling to take our PI case to trial he did absolutely nothing. He even called to ask us if we would be okay to drop one of defendants because she wanted to buy a house and the case was preventing that; what lawyer would even approach their client with that? A year of constant battle and never getting a response back and him filing nothing he told us he doesn’t want the case and to go else where. Cussed at my me when I asked him for a copy of original demand letter so we could find another lawyer to take on the case, he has absolutely no moral values in any way shape or form. He brought my husband into his office one day after he showed up wanting documentation of what Rudy has been doing with the case and Rudy pulled out a pill bottle and apologized that he’s struggling and that he’s trying to fix all of this. He treats the girls that work with him like garbage (I use to work for him and he he used to be an okay lawyer but just a horrible person to work for), I feel bad for those that work for him because when a client has enough of Rudy’s lack of follow through and they approach Rudy with it, he takes it out on them. I’ve had to block him from my Instagram and FB page because of the amount of times he would respond with heart and flame emojis when I would post pictures of myself, if there’s any ways that an attorney fits the unethical category he fits them all! Find another law firm because this is not the one if you’re expecting any sort of results.
