Thank you for helping my son-in-law get out of prison in his drug case, which was scheduled for trial on April 7, 2025. He faced a sentence of 30 years to life if they lost the trial, and thanks to God and Mr. Guzmán, he now has the opportunity to be with his family. Thank you for everything, and I highly recommend you.

Mr. Guzman, Mrs. Martinez, and their team were very communicative throughout my entire process (family case). Any questions I had, or something I did not understood, they made sure everything was transparent. Apart from all the positive comments I have for this team, they made sure I got what I requested since day 1.

We always aim to provide clear communication and fair options for our clients.<br><br>Our office made multiple attempts to work out a payment arrangement on your pending case. Unfortunately, when the agreed-upon payments were not completed, we were ethically required to withdraw, which is standard procedure under our contract and State Bar guidelines.<br><br>You later requested to apply previous payments toward a different legal matter, our retention agreement does not allow us to transfer funds paid for one case to an unrelated service. We understand this was frustrating, but we must follow the terms of the contract and ethical rules that govern our practice.<br><br>We truly wish you the best moving forward and remain committed to assisting clients with transparency and professionalism.

The receptionist did not schedule a consultation, she screened the call just to take the information down & she said she will see if some one can call me, this is false advertising since the receptionist is not an attorney & she is clearly there just to screen what is beneficial for the lawyer to handle.
