When serious issues came up that required action, he was clueless. Didn’t know what was going on, didn’t investigate properly, and most importantly — never got anything in writing to back up his claims. Everything was “they said this” or “they said that.” No proof. No paperwork. No effort. For someone charging top-tier prices, the service is bottom-tier. No professionalism. No transparency. No fight. Once he got paid, it felt like we were forgotten. You shouldn’t have to chase your own attorney or educate them on your own case.
