I had a very complex case and researched a lot of law firms (20+). Jenna at Haeggquist & Eck was remarkable. Extremely knowledgeable on the law and very easy to approach. Friends and family highly recommended them too. Where other law firms can be very sterile, calculated, and pressure you, Jenna was very personable, curious, helpful, and truly focused on creating a great customer experience and outcome. I felt much better educated and positioned to make the right decision for me after talking with Jenna and confident that she would deliver the results I needed. My case resolved itself before I contracted with the law firm but I can confidently tell you the intake and discussions were exceptionally better than every other law firm I engaged with. If you are just starting this process . . . let me keep it simple. Just go! Give them a try and experience it yourself. There is no commitment.

Don't waste your time. I called, the lady who does the intake seemed clueless. I couldn't understand her and she spoke very low. After several times I kindly ask her to speak up because I couldn't hear herz she didn't. Then, another called me the next day because obviously they didn't get the information correctly. These people who answer the phone to do the "intake" seem to ask random questions and they don't let you explain. They just want extreme cases so it is easy for them to earn. I am not sure why they have a high rating. It was disappointing to call them. I am certain I have a case but since am not a lawyer and I am going through a lot because of my situation it is hard to explain it and they don't seem to be patient. They appear to not wante to waste their time. This is the truth about my experience and honest review.
