I’ll start by saying that I have not hired or worked with Jim, and only consulted with him over the phone. I spoke with Jim Hafke today, with hopes of getting some direction on how to pursue an issue that I’ve had with consumers energy installing primary power lines on my property without an easement. He suggested I talk to my neighbor, whom the power is being installed for. He would not answer any further questions after that. His response was “I’ve already given you a ton of information for free”. He closed with “let me know if you want to hire me”. Literally no help whatsoever. I appreciated him taking a minute to speak with me, but ended up being a complete waste of my time. Now I have to spend the rest of my day deep cleaning the arrogance off of my phone speaker.
