Todd is the best! We have worked with him on several different things over the years from buying a home to starting a new business to estate planning and he is always prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. I always feel like I go in not understanding much and feeling kind of overwhelmed with it all. But Todd does such a great job that I end up feeling very confident with the decisions that he has helped us understand and move forward with.

Todd was very thorough and down to Earth. He explained everything in language I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to setup a Trust so that they can keep their property and financial security safe from fraudsters, and keep the people who will inherit your estate from having to pay out probate fees. Todd at Hallock & Hallock took good care of us in preparing our family Trust from answering our many questions to explaining all the details of the Trust. We were in a hurry to get it signed before we left on a trip and he fit us in and got it done. I would recommend Hallock & Hallock for you estate planning.
