Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm—crooks, in my opinion. I was in a car accident on July 26, 2024, when another driver failed to yield and totaled my brand-new Mercedes on my way to work. The at-fault driver was insured by Fred Loya Insurance, who refused to return my calls or help in any way. I hired Hamideh Law Firm in early August, hoping they would represent me and help deal with the insurance company—things like getting a rental car, covering medical bills, and handling the claim properly. Unfortunately, they did none of that. The only thing they managed to do was schedule an appointment for me at a low-end clinic in a strip mall. No real communication, no help, no advocacy. I quickly realized they weren’t working in my best interest and terminated their services on August 22, less than a month after hiring them. Now, it’s August 2025, and Fred Loya is finally trying to settle the claim—but I’ve been informed that Hamideh Law Firm still expects to receive more than 33% of the settlement… for doing absolutely nothing. As a result, I’ll be left paying medical bills out of my own pocket for an accident that wasn’t even my fault—and after firing an attorney who did not represent me appropriately. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would strongly caution anyone against hiring Hamideh Law Firm.
