Had a pretty bad experience with them specially if you work with the lawyer name razzan doesn’t answer phone call inpatient and doesn’t fight for you

We also discussed the option of pursuing a lawsuit for a potentially larger recovery, but the decision was made not to proceed. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm—crooks, in my opinion. I was in a car accident on July 26, 2024, when another driver failed to yield and totaled my brand-new Mercedes on my way to work. The at-fault driver was insured by Fred Loya Insurance, who refused to return my calls or help in any way. I hired Hamideh Law Firm in early August, hoping they would represent me and help deal with the insurance company—things like getting a rental car, covering medical bills, and handling the claim properly. Unfortunately, they did none of that. The only thing they managed to do was schedule an appointment for me at a low-end clinic in a strip mall. No real communication, no help, no advocacy. I quickly realized they weren’t working in my best interest and terminated their services on August 22, less than a month after hiring them. Now, it’s August 2025, and Fred Loya is finally trying to settle the claim—but I’ve been informed that Hamideh Law Firm still expects to receive more than 33% of the settlement… for doing absolutely nothing. As a result, I’ll be left paying medical bills out of my own pocket for an accident that wasn’t even my fault—and after firing an attorney who did not represent me appropriately. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would strongly caution anyone against hiring Hamideh Law Firm.

After reviewing your file, it does appear that our office assisted you in locating a medical provider and advocated on your behalf with Fred Loya Insurance to push for acceptance of liability—something that had not occurred prior to your retaining our firm.<br><br>As explained at the outset, our representation was limited to your bodily injury claim. We do not handle property damage claims, and this was made clear during the intake process. We understand that this distinction may have been frustrating, but it does not reflect a failure on our part to fulfill our agreed-upon role.<br><br>We were unaware of any additional concerns you had with our services at the time of your termination. In fact, several months later, you contacted our office seeking to re-engage our representation, which we respectfully declined.<br><br>Because we work on a contingency basis—meaning we advance all costs and are only paid if there is a recovery—we must take steps to ensure that work performed under a valid contract is compensated, even if our representation is later terminated without cause.<br><br>We regret that you chose to end our representation prematurely, as we believe we could have helped you achieve a stronger outcome in your bodily injury claim. Nevertheless, we respect your decision and sincerely wish you a full recovery and the best moving forward.
