A family business that genuinely serves its customers! I met with Travis a year ago for a consult and guidance on options available in relation to a automobile collision and injuries. And the first thing he told me was to make sure I got the care I needed! He took the time to understand the circumstances and thoroughly explained the process. He did not push me or tried to persuade me into anything, rather was upfront and waited till I made the decisions that were necessary. Travis felt like a brother, comforting and kind. He was always available to answer any questions and provided a lot of information to clear any uncertainty. He was very proactive in his communication and was on top of the case. His assistant Dawn, was super nice and welcoming, she was very quick with responses and diligent with making sure all documentation was processed.
