I got the impression if It your case is not high dollar it’s not Worth their time. I did not fill heard or respected as a potential client. Dealing with a workers injury Restrictions and benefits being cut off, you would expect at least a careful look at the situation.
Thank you,
Kim Craig
Owner response
We are sorry that we did not have the time to meet with you about your claim. As anyone with a claim knows, there are no big money workers compensation claims. We do our best to meet with potential clients, but our first obligation is to our existing clients.
Frances and her firm were an absolute lifesaver for me. The entire Labor And Industry process had left me so despondent that I had literally given up hope. My workplace injury and subsequent surgeries left me crippled with a condition that multiple medical doctors had a little to no knowledge of. Frances, however, knew immediately what my exact diagnosis was and for the first time in years I felt as if I had a sword and shield against the monstrous uncaring bureaucracy of the state.
Frances fought for me for months, communicated clearly, and NEVER made me feel like another number or was just going through the motions. Nowadays, it is nearly impossible to interact with society without attorneys. That is, I have dealt with nearly every type of attorney imaginable throughout a long complicated lifetime. Frances was the first and only attorney that I have ever met NOT chasing fees.
In a world of instant everything it is easy to overlook an obvious but important point. The
reason why there are so few attorneys who are willing to fight against Labor And Industry is because one will never get rich by doing so. Finding an attorney whom functions on ideals such as Frances is an incredibly rare treasure and anyone she represents is extremely lucky.
Owner response
Thank you for your kind words! It was our pleasure to help you.
This is another example of Frances staff making inappropriate comments about her accountant mistakes. After various emails and phone calls I have made to clear the situation out, there was no accountability by Frances herself on behalf of her own staff. I am baffled by such response. This is a business that is supposed to assist in the vulnerability of individuals already going through a horrible experience. Once again, I would not recommend.
Owner response
We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We take every case seriously and work for the best possible outcome. Our office should have been better in responding to your concerns. Your comments will help us improve. Thank you.
My experience with Frances and her team has been the absolute worst. There is no clear communication with the staff and no proper direction regarding my case. My phone calls and various emails have been dismissed by Frances herself. I would not recommend.

There are times in life when circumstances require obtaining the help of an expert. And such was the case when OTJ injuries resulted in my son being permanently totally disabled, but the time loss benefits were stopped.
Fortunately we were referred to Mr. Doug Palmer, who successfully navigated this case to a just conclusion (a life time pension). Which would not have been achieved without his expertise.
Doug was recommended as the best in his field and this is exactly what we experienced. He truly cares about his clients and worked diligently to obtain the result that this case warranted.
Along with Doug's effective counsel, he and his legal assistant kept us well informed and were always available to answer questions or discuss concerns. They were kind and patient and we are grateful that this case was in such good hands.
Without reservation we highly recommend Mr. Doug Palmer and his equally excellent legal team.
Owner response
Thank you. It has been our honor to represent you and your family through these tough times.
Doug is one of the best human beings I've ever encountered. I've worked with him and his staff for years, and I've been treated with respect and honestly like a family member. Everyone here is just so kind, willing to help, and answers questions. Doug has helped me and bent over backward through all aspects of the process that I've had to go through. I owe him everything. Not your typical lawyer and genuinely just wants to help " the little guy" in this world and make sure you get what it is that is needed and overall just owed to you in your unique circumstance. I literally couldn't do any of what I went through without him and his team.
Owner response
We do this for workers like you that had a sudden, life-changing injury through no fault of your own. This is a difficult system to navigate when you're well, let alone when injured.
If you need a GREAT attorney to help you with a workers comp issue go see Doug Palmer. I have used him and sent several people there. They ALL had good results!
