Getting into a car accident is something that will never be expected but you can always assume it is a stressful experience. Having Dan and Chandler as your attorneys will definitely be the least stressful part of your car accident. I got into my first car accident almost two months ago and they were already able to settle my case. I did not think I would win much money because my injuries were not grave. I was proven wrong by the methods that Dan and Chandler utilize. And, of course, their extensive knowledge about personal injury. A few things I would advise that helped my case get settled this quickly is have documentation of your injuries, visit your primary care doctor if you did not go to the ER, be open to attend physical therapy even if your injuries are not bad, and start thinking of your medical providers of the last 5 years (this could be going to your primary care, gynecologist, ER visits). If you follow everything they ask of you, your case can move forward and you can win a hefty settlement! I am knocking on wood I don’t get into a car accident any time soon but if I end up in another one, I will definitely go back to this law firm!!
