I was first very warmly introduced to the staff, who were patient and resourceful during each phase of processing. My anxieties were always calmly resolved. Everyone with whom I connected was resourceful, available,clear in communicating, and reassuring about the process. The hospital experience at 26th street was also well organized and pleasant. I am grateful to everyone at Hansen and Rosasco for every single matter addressed, which led to my final situation.
