I hired attorney Hardy to represent me in a divorce where I was being bullied by the opposing party and his counsel to settle for much less than I deserved. Attorney Hardy was fierce in his representation and because of his diligence, knowledge, and support I was able to end that marriage leaving with the maximum amount possible. I would have never received that without his representation. Highly recommend anyone going through a divorce, especially a hostile one, to seek his representation.

Stay away. If I could give him 0 stars I would. He doesn’t communicate. Contempt charges on my son’s case because he didn’t file in time. We fired him as a lawyer and he is trying to tell the court the appearance letter isn’t real. When we physically went to the court to drop It off. Always late to court dates. Leave court early for tower cases. Doesn’t schedule properly. He doesn’t fight for you. He sees easy money and just sits back He took advantage of my son knowing my son is easily manipulated. Finally I went to one of the court dates. First pre trial. He was over an hour late. Barely said a word. Asked him why were at pre trial. Couldn’t explain. End of court he says wow Your mom is smarter than me. No you just think you could walk all over some young kid who is new to custody and child support

It is difficult to put into words the satisfactory service that Mr. Hardy supplied in my case. I was not mentally capable of handling any of the legal matters of the divorce proceedings due to my high anxiety, but Mr. Hardy not only assured me that he was going to fight for what he believes is right but also kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Whenever I was feeling hopeless or down, Mr. Hardy reassured me that everything would be okay and to leave it to him. Do not believe any of these reviews. He has you review him before he does any work for you. I am an Uber eats driver and for 1.5 days in court was charged over 8k. He never met with me before the divorce case. Showed up late the first day. Then the second day arrives at start time, no conversation, and he tells me to sign, that it's good. He never read it. After the trial, I asked to meet and discuss the issues with the settlement. He refused for 4 weeks and then told me he was done with me. That he did a good job and I should have brought it up in court. I paid 8 k to be told it was my fault. He is a criminal in my opinion and should not be allowed to practice law. He does not respond to calls or emails or texts.
