Negligence by Kenneth Casey Steele has caused an emergency situation in which I have been summoned to court. He only had to file papers! He had repeated prompts from me and the court. He will not retun calls messages or texts.

The whole team was very helpful and passionate to my needs. A special Thank you to my Attorney Jerry Pryor and his assistant Caitlin Town. They handled my case in a very professional, knowledgeable and caring manner. I was very overwhelmed and pleased with the outcome of my case. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for everything.

Please exercise caution when considering Tim Miller. Online reviews may not accurately reflect the quality of his work. I also filed a complaint with the Florida Bar regarding my experience.

I had a great experience working with my attorney, Chris Wilson. He and his assistant Meliqua were both extremely responsive and always took time to answer any questions or concerns I may have had throughout the process. Their professionalism, communication, and support made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. They did an excellent job overall, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Very rude. Wouldn’t take my case after I asked for a pre settlement loan. They were helpful in the beginning but in the end they were after money like the rest of them. I’m just shocked at the audacity to respectfully decline after asking for the simplest thing. And also knowing that I hadn’t worked since 9/22.

Jasmine—While we would like to respond in detail to your review, we’ll refrain from doing so because we respect your privacy. With that being said—this review is not an accurate depiction of our relationship and as you mentioned, you’re not a client of Harris Guidi Rosner. We’d be happy to address any questions you may have on the phone but until then we’d appreciate you removing this off-topic review.
Our family had a wonderful experience working with Tim Miller at Harris Guidi Rosner. The communication, both written and verbal, was tremendous throughout. Tim worked diligently to have the matter settled in an expeditious manner and highly recommend him and his wonderful assistant Ms. Riggs to anyone in need of legal services. It was apparent from the beginning he had considerable experience in and out of the courtroom setting, was familiar with the 'network' and had a calm, reassuring but highly capable demeanor.
Please think twice before hiring this law firm. The attorney involved in my case knows what he did. He should be facing a bar complaint for what occurred during my case. One of many examples of his unethical behavior is that this attorney had promised the other law firm involved as well as myself that the (warranted) take over the my case would be handled by his law firm only. Fee included. It wasn't. Leaving me with a unjust fee. Towards the end of my case intimation and bullying tactics were inflicted by this attorney in order to cover up what he had done. Please dont trust this law firm.
As of November 2025. I never heard from this firm as stated in the response below. I still stand by my zero star review.

If you’re looking for an attorney who can handle absolute chaos with the patience of a Buddhist monk and the focus of a bomb squad technician, look no further than Tim Miller.
My sister’s divorce case was not your average paperwork shuffle. Imagine a courtroom drama where one side seems to think “evidence” is optional, “preparation” is for other people, and “appropriate attire” is just a suggestion. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to watch someone try to assemble IKEA furniture without the instructions, or the furniture, welcome to our world.
Through all of this, Tim Miller was a rock. No matter how many surprise plot twists, unscheduled office visits, or imaginative legal theories (if they can even be called legal theories) were thrown his way, Tim never lost his cool, never lost sight of the end goal, refused to let the case stall out, and did this while keeping everyone (mostly) sane.
Tim actually got this divorce to the finish line within a reasonable time (which given the circumstances, is a minor miracle). Moreover, he made this miracle happen without charging for her first born child (I kid you not, her first attorney charged her $32.50 to "print a document for the paper file").
Tim Miller is the attorney you want in your corner, especially if your case is complicated or you need someone to help you stay focused on the priorities. I would absolutely trust him to guide my family through future legal matters (not just divorce) and will be sending people his name in the future.
