I spoke to the intake person at Harris and they took my case. I signed the papers and everything. He told me that it was assigned to an attorney then the case manager was dealing with me and for weeks would not answer my emails then finally I spoke to the attorney after kept calling And he said that they didn’t have time for my case after they made me rack up lots of doctor bills then he also said that he wasn’t the attorney that he assigned to other attorneys which the guy that assigned it to attorney said this particular guy was my attorney so it was a bunch of liesso now I’m stuck with Dr. bills and no one for my case if I could give them a -5 I would

Harris personal injury really helped me out! My car got totaled in March 2024 & I got a concussion, headaches, dizziness & other related post-accident symptoms. The underinsured driver’s insurance offered me $250 for my injuries (which felt like a slap in the face!) so my grandpa suggested I get a lawyer. The team really helped me out by getting all my doctor’s appointments on attorney lean so I didn’t have to pay until the case was settled. We ended up settling for $30,000, which covered my health visits, payment to Harris personal injury, and some for me. Much better than $250! This was my first time working with a lawyer so I was nervous, of course. It’s definitely worth the time & energy if the at-fault driver is underinsured. And their team was genuinely responsive & guided me through the process. A HUGE shoutout to Dulce Vargas, who was really great at reminding me to send over documents & coordinate care. Not only was Anthony able to get me the amount we agreed on, but more surprising, was the fact that Anthony ended up getting me a lot more on my settlement than originally agreed upon! The team at Harris is exceptionally good, very kind and down to earth, and they care about you and your case not their bottom line. I always felt cared after. Any and all of my questions were always thoughtfully and thoroughly answered. They stuck with me, battled with my insurance company, and made me feel well taken care of in my case (where my insurance company was really trying to screw me). In fact, Harris fought for me for over 12 months and got me a fair settlement and took almost no fees to cover their own expenses (and none for their time) as there wasn’t much to go around. So they took the hit. As I mentioned above, they care about you not their bottom line. Evan Spano was my litigation attorney and he was outstanding. Evan was always just a phone call or email away and he always had a kind and informative reply or conversation. Evan is top notch.
