I had an excellent experience with this law firm. From the moment I reached out, the staff was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that everyone in the office truly cares about their clients and works hard to make the entire process as smooth as possible.
The attorneys are extremely knowledgeable and confident in their field. They took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step along the way. You can tell they really know their stuff and have a lot of experience handling complex situations.
What stood out most to me was the combination of expertise and great customer service. It’s rare to find a team that is both highly skilled and so easy to work with. I felt supported and well taken care of throughout the entire process.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a team of talented lawyers backed by an amazing staff. Truly a great group of professionals!

We were helped by Brett Chambers. In a consultation he was wonderful at helping us understand the case and our claims in it. Gave us copies of all the paperwork and advised us on what to do moving forward.
I've never been in a situation where I needed a personal injury lawyer until recently, and Brett helped me through this difficult time. He was approachable, timely, and explained things to me in a clear way so there was no misunderstanding. I hope I never need another lawyer for injury but if I do Harris, Preston & Chambers, LLP are the people I'm choosing.

My wife and I needed a lawyer, so we checked out Harris, Preston & Chambers, LLP. Joseph Chambers helped us out and was amazing during the whole process. He answered all of our questions and explained legal things to us in a way we could understand. Even after he helped us out with our case, he continued to answer our questions when we had some. I definitely recommend him if you are looking for a lawyer!

Brett Chambers is so thorough, responsive, & makes sure that you stay informed through the process. He also made sure that I understood everything throughout. I would very highly recommend.

If you are a veteran or are assisting one and need competent, responsive legal help with any legal issue, I recommend looking elsewhere. This firm has shown a complete lack of basic courtesy by not returning calls or even an email, and I do not believe they deserve your trust or business. I will be leaving similar feedback on every review platform I can find to ensure that other veterans do not waste their limited time, resources, and energy on this firm. I am highly disappointed and frankly insulted. When I called back after not hearing from them, they informed me, "We are not taking on new clients right now." What they really mean is they are not willing to help someone with a small issue that won't generate much income for them.
