Although I was a somewhat difficult client to deal with, luckily the facts supported our case. HH&M was able to take a good case and convert it into a win... a unanimous verdict awarding ZERO dollars to the plaintiff who was suing me. Mr. Harrison is a very experienced lawyer and appears to be rather knowledgeable about spinal injury. He & his law firm were very self-motivated to do their homework on the case. Unfortunately, as a defendant, you are kept in the dark about a lot of things, but HH&M found that all three individuals claiming injury maintained their normal activities (work, football, drill team & dance) and that they'd repeatedly failed to disclose previous car accidents and claimed injuries to the doctors who were treating them. The evidence from the scene of the alleged injuries was already exceptionally compelling, but these facts uncovered by HH&M just made it that much more clear what was going on.
