My experience with this Law Firm was a negative, deplorable, horrible and bad, I met with a person named Raymond Hawthorne, he did not reveal that he didn't have the experience in the Property Damage Claim or , that this was a practice of his, he failed to disclose this information. It took approximately over two months for his legal assistant to prepare a document for my Roof Contractor to sign, by the time they had gotten the document ready in December, the Contractor had left his job, and they weren't able to contact him, this sad, unprofessional, and incompetent, because Mr. Hawthorne, was not familiar with Property Damage Claims,and it was obvious because it took over two months to complete a document, apparently, his legal assistant was responsible for completing the document, and she stated that she was not familiar with Property Damage Claim, this firm seems to specialize in serious personal injury claims, and some general however, it does not specify what they are, due to Mr. Hawthorne negligence and failure to prepare a document for my contractor to sign, my contractor has changed jobs, and I don't know how to contact my contractor, Mr. Hawthorne stated that they tried to contact my contractor in December of 2025, and my contractor had already left the job, and this is the reason that they were unable to contact my contractor, however, Mr. Hawthorne and his legal assistant stated that my contractor refused to sign document, this isn't true because Mr. Hawthorne and his legal assistant could not contact my contractor because he had left the Roof Contractor Job, and went to work for another company. I am absolutely astounded and very disappointed and dissatisfied with this poor misrepresentation, I don't know how to contact the Roof Contractor, as a result of Mr. Hawthorne negligence and failure to contact my Roof Contractor in a timely manner, instead of waiting over two months, this could have been prevented. I received a email stating that Mr. Hawthorne would not be representing me because he failed to contact my Roofing Contractor, before he changed jobs. I reiterate, I met with Mr. Hawthorne in October of 2025, and my Roof Contractor didn't leave his job until late December. Due to the excessive, incompetent and unprofessional delay in preparing document for my contractor to sign, I have lost this case as result ofMr. Hawthorne negligence,incompetence, unprofessional lack to acquire a signature before my contractor left job, it is preposterous and sad, because the red flags were there, I called and inquired as to why it was taking so long to get document ready, it is not a excuse. I called and spoke to the legal assistant informing her that I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service, and she stated she was out for two weeks in December, and my contractor left in December, apparently, they tried to contact my contractor in January, and my contractor had already left, very poor service. Mr. Hawthorne, called with excuses for their incompetent and unprofessional actions, he was rude and hostile, he stated that he would give me a list of other Attorneys that practice in Property Damage Claims, however, he did not, a huge failure in every thing, he was aware that he was not a Property Damage Attorney, and should have been honest from the beginning, however, he wasn't, this was a gigantic bad experience, I absolutely do not recommend this Law Firm. It has caused me to lose my case, because of his negligence, lackadaiscal attitude, poor performance, incompetence and unprofessional lack of experience in Property Damage Claim, he did not have the experience in this practice, it should have stated the truth and been honest.

Extremely professional on the phone and they did an great job following up with me. The next step in the legal process is was made easier by talking to them and appreciate everything.

My experience was great I love the law firm I would recommend this firm to anyone, the staff was amazing . And I must say Ms. Sylvia is the best she kept me updated! Anytime I called she gave me great answer she made me feel as if I was the most important person. We need more people like her.. she very amazing .

Charlie Hudson was a great attorney! He listened to me and fought for what I wanted after the insurance company refused to take my calls. He was always easy to get in touch with and kept me informed about my case. I would recommend Mr. Hudson to anyone!
