I was in on Wednesday 3/26/25 to see Jim regarding an issue I was having with my Florida CCW application. He was kind enough to listen to my issue and give me the help I needed. Following his advice I called the state representatives office the next day and spoke with a staffer to explain my issue and problems with FDLE's responsiveness. He committed to calling me back before end of day to update me on his efforts to investigate the issue. Less than 2 hours later, he called me back to inform me that an investigator and a specialist investigative liaison had been engaged to address the issue with FDLE. I was then told that if I didn't hear anything back by today Friday 3/28/25, a follow would definitely be completed by no later than the next Friday at the outside. At 3:10pm that same day, I got a call direct from FDLE asking me to review my issue as well as forward them copies of the documentation I had of the numerous communications I'd made with them to resolve the issue. In less than 10 minutes, she informed me that my license had been granted and was being mailed out to me that same day. Bang, presto that's it. She apologized profusely for my frustration and ended the call. Jim made that happen for me and was nothing but professional, engaged, earnest, and personable from the initial meeting outside the gun store by happenstance to my in-person professional meeting in his office. I can't thank him enough for helping me when I needed it and treating me like I mattered while doing it. I appreciate your doing what you do. Needless to say, I hope not to need it, but any future legal help I need will be going exclusively to his firm ,and nowhere else.

My family and I used Headley Law for a step parent adoption. Their prices were extremely reasonable. Their communication was excellent and always responded in a timely manner. Don't think you will hire this lawyer and be able to reach them when it's important to talk to your lawyers office. They took $1500 and never filed anything for my care and everything filed was done by me before we hired them and they got nothing done while being my lawyer and withdrew counsel when I called him out for not doing anything. The same day they acted like they were going to do something on my case that I thought they were suppose to already do but they needed something to charge me for so they said they would call the mediation office which they never did. So if you want to hire this lawyers office be prepared to do everything yourself and not be able to contact them ever or them actually be on your side because he was clearly friends with the opposing lawyer and purposely screwed me over on phone calls with my kids.
