I have contacted this company 4 times over the past 1 1/2 months for a free consultation and have yet to receive a phone call from them. First time I went to their website and filled out their online form and never got a response. 2nd time I called, after waiting a week, I called again and explained that it had been a week since calling. The person I spoke to said they call 24-48 business hours after you submit for the free consultation, so I had to resubmit everything again to her, these are not quick phone calls as they need all the details about why I want the consultation. This was on a Thursday, she said I would receive the call by Monday at the latest. Again no phone call. I waited until after the holidays thinking maybe they were just really busy. I decided to walk into their office to try and speak with them. Person at the desk said they are appt only because it is a digital company. She took my information and sent an email to them. I received a text the next day from Sam that said to call him. When I called he asked what I need the consultation for. I tried explaining but he cut me off and said he would have one of his associates call me, told me to text the name and phone number to him. AGAIN, no phone call and it has been almost 2 weeks since I talked to Sam. I am done with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great service hands down can’t complain

I want to say that these guys are the best at what they do. It’s my first time having lawyers at all. At the time I was 18 turning 19 when I had my first accident and a good friend recommended them. I went off and talk to them, and it was a great experience from the start. Showing me how things work how the process was going to be. Now I’m turning 20 soon and they did everything right with my case and got me what I needed. 10 out of 10 for me.
