I retained attorney Don Hendry with a $1,544.25 deposit after he assured me I could take my time before moving forward. Unfortunately, no legal documents were ever filed and no services were delivered, which was very frustrating. FINAL UPDATE (September 19, 2025): Mr. Hendry has since refunded the full $1,544.25 retainer, which I appreciate. This resolves the matter.

Don was phenomenal at managing my "simple" custody case which had a few curve balls. We had great communication and problem solving ability together. He guided me through the process and ensured I understood every detail and concern I had. He also did a ton of homework which panned out well in our favor in succeeding with our case. I worked with kris on an injunction obviously it's generally one of the worst times of your life going through something like that however he helped me through it every step of the way he's without a doubt a trial attorney we dealt with a few hiccups right in the courtroom when the petitioner changing her story 10 minutes before court along with dates and other evidence kris is extremely fast on his feet and to put it lightly wiped the floor in that courtroom that day he won my case and as we were walking out we were literally getting high-fives from other people who had cases saying that was amazing I'm also working with Andrew on a separate issue he has been down to earth smart and witty every step of the way no matter what you're faced with this firm has your back and has the team to win cases
