When I tell you of the KINDNESS of Don Hendry, I can’t even fathom it into words what it meant to me and my family. Don Hendry, will FIGHT for you; he will justify the situation. He is what the pure definition of a lawyer is and my family and I will forever be grateful for his intellect, diligence, and kindness. Thank you Don, from the bottom of our hearts. 10/10 would hire again.

I retained attorney Don Hendry with a $1,544.25 deposit after he assured me I could take my time before moving forward. Unfortunately, no legal documents were ever filed and no services were delivered, which was very frustrating.
FINAL UPDATE (September 19, 2025):
Mr. Hendry has since refunded the full $1,544.25 retainer, which I appreciate. This resolves the matter.

Ms. Semones, we are not refusing to refund the retainer. There are significant irregularities between our phone calls and the emails sent by an account that purports to be you. The emails sent from your account are not consistent with our records. We are concerned your email account has been compromised and that leads us to fear you may be at risk of other harms. We sent requests for assurances to your email account, but the responses have only increased our concerns. <br><br><br>Client safety is our utmost priority. As soon as we can confirm that your email account has not been compromised, we will be happy to issue the refund. We hope you are well and that our suspicions are proven false. We need you to help us reach that conclusion.
Don was phenomenal at managing my "simple" custody case which had a few curve balls. We had great communication and problem solving ability together. He guided me through the process and ensured I understood every detail and concern I had. He also did a ton of homework which panned out well in our favor in succeeding with our case. Thank you Don, forever grateful!

I worked with kris on an injunction obviously it's generally one of the worst times of your life going through something like that however he helped me through it every step of the way he's without a doubt a trial attorney we dealt with a few hiccups right in the courtroom when
the petitioner changing her story 10 minutes before court along with dates and other evidence kris is extremely fast on his feet and to put it lightly wiped the floor in that courtroom that day he won my case and as we were walking out we were literally getting high-fives from other people who had cases saying that was amazing I'm also working with Andrew on a separate issue he has been down to earth smart and witty every step of the way no matter what you're faced with this firm has your back and has the team to win cases
