The night before I was scheduled to be induced, I went into a panic realizing I had not completed critical documents, my living will, advanced directives, and other paperwork in case anything happened during labor. Very difficult to communicate with. The receptionist was working sick for a couple weeks. Why they did not get a replacement during that time i don’t know. I felt bad for her and, that did not help ..but the communication on all levels was difficult…
