Mauricio Herrera delivered an amazing outcome regarding my case. He charged a flat fee and he wasted none of my time. His staff was friendly, courteous, and organized. Things went a little slower than I would have liked but that is the legal process being what it is.

Call them to ask if they can help me with legal assistance. They took my information and details about my case they said they would reach out to me after they explain the case to an attorney. Am still waiting for the call at least if they can't help it would be nice to let me know.

I met with attorney Herrera we agreed that I would provide information and set a follow up appointment at the desk. I set the follow up appointment and within a few days sent the information requested. When I called to check if the had the information the receptionist could not find it or me in the system. Once I was found I was told they had the information but I had no follow up appointment. I gave them the time and day I was provided and they said they would need to check with Mr. Herrera as the appointment given to me was not in the system. Two weeks passed no call so I called to ask about my appointment and again they did not know who I was and had to be discovered in the system again. I was told they would call me. Four days out of the appointment no call so I called back and this time I was told attorney Herrera was not responding to the emails sent by the receptionist so they could not verify my appointment in just a few days. I was told I could set a new appointment 4 weeks into the future and this after already waiting 4 weeks for the appointment given but not in their system. This law firm has a problem following up with clients and then they make it your fault for being upset that there is no follow up. I would not recommend this firm, I think they may be overwhelmed or too disorganized to run properly.

I highly recommend attorney Aaron, as he represented me a couple of years ago and did an excellent job with great professionalism. He is an honest and professional person, dedicated to his work and to the well-being of his clients.
They're not professionals, they leave jobs half-finished. I don't recommend them. They're terrible. The receptionists never deliver messages or emails. Bad service. Only one of them is friendly. The rest are unprofessional. Bad, bad service.

I'm not very happy... Save up and go somewhere else. There's no communication about what documents you need to get everything in order.
