I would rate Ryan Foley 6 stars. Highly professional, he knows the law, and has great people skills. In private meetings and in the courtroom he handled the case with intelligence and aplomb. I highly recommend him.

Vogt did my father’s will & trust. Sent letter knew him for 20 years. Then used one phrase from will to assist our stepmother to attempt to swindle his children against his/client wishes. This lawyer allowed cremation even though our father wanted to be buried. DO NOT use this firm! Double Dealing Law Firm! Heirs hired own attorney, fought & won at own expense. Shady, unethical, sleezy. This firm caused chaos during a time of mourning!

Evan Duke was not a client of HVH. However, we believe there may be some misunderstandings in Ms. Duke’s comments. After her father’s passing, she expressed dissatisfaction with the distribution of his estate, despite receiving assets he specifically left to her. It’s important to clarify that the estate was distributed according to the deceased’s wishes, and we have no control over personal family decisions or their outcomes.<br>All actions related to Ms. Duke’s father’s will and trust were carried out in compliance with legal requirements and his instructions, as well as ordered by the court, despite Ms. Duke being represented by legal counsel throughout the process.<br>Regarding concerns about cremation, we understand these decisions are deeply personal and emotional. We respect that families may have differing views, but our role is to ensure the directives are followed as instructed by the deceased and that their wishes are honored. The agent diligently followed the decedent’s wishes outlined in his directive.<br>Since decedent’s passing in 2016, Ms. Duke has continued to harass our office. In 2018, we sent her a letter regarding fraudulent accusations, warning that if she did not cease and desist, we would be forced to pursue legal action against her. Now, almost 9 years later, she continues to make false and unfounded statements on multiple platforms.

I don't ever leave reviews, but I believe it is important to be helpful to others as they are considering such an important decision as hiring an attorney. I hope this review will be helpful. I was very stressed and quite nervous looking for a lawyer. I wanted to find someone capable, but also honest and someone who would not make the situation worse. After working with Mr. Hensley, I can attest to the following. He is very capable, kind, focused, and really cares about his clients. He also has integrity. He really wants to help bring resolution to the case he is involved in, while representing his clients' best interest and remaining fair. He is calm, collected, and wise. I hired the firm to draft a construction contract and was told it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete and it would be approximately $1000. The scope of work was discussed to be a contract for the customer, and one for sub-contracting. It took 8 weeks to get the first draft of the construction contract to me. I had made several attempts to contact the attorney via email and left phone messages with office staff. Once I finally was able to talk with the attorney, I was promised on more than one occasion I would receive the contract by end of the business day and never did. The communication was poor from the attorney. I had expected to be getting a change order form along with the construction contract, but it wasn't included so I asked to have one made. When it was all said and done it was 3 months till I received the change order contract and had all 3 documents. It ended up costing me $2500 as opposed to the $1000 initially quoted to me. There was no communication to me the price was going to be significantly higher than originally discussed. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I was charged $90 for an email sent to the attorney and for him to reply and $300 for the change order form which was supposed to be part of the contract.
