Everything started off good but went downhill very quickly. We quickly turn around any document requests and followed everything they asked us to do. My elderly mother obtained serious injuries and is still not back 100, so sad she will not be compensated for her suffering. No one fought for her, her case often went weeks without anyone communicating and the firm requested document items that had already been submitted. Her case was not well managed, they even made her stop treatment. The attorney spoke to her once and that was to tell her they closed her case.

Bad services provided. They don’t communicate very well. They are not organized and feel they are a scam and phony. They make no sense. They took my case when incident happened and later sent letter of representation 3 weeks later. Janie is unprofessional and rude. I regret hiring them. I have now fired them. The female attorney didn’t even approve an advance. They don’t do what they tell you they were going to do.They give you no paperwork and no copies of anything. They are a terrible injury law firm. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Herman and Herman is an absolute joke. We retained this law firm back in December of last year have had about four times communication with the attorney. I have reached out multiple times with Questions with absolutely no response for weeks on end. Yet they’ll call you for reviews on their service. Now a month since the last time they called for a review even though my attorney was never good with Communication. All of a sudden, now they’ve assigned it to a different attorney and as well, they said that there is a conflict of interest because the other party is also being represented by them. Where was the communication of the last six months that this was the case? Just goes to show what type of representation Herman and Harmon provides. From seeing the commercials it seems like they only represent Hispanic portion of this city not once have I seen anything else on their commercials I believe that this is a terrible unethical law firm, and is also racially motivated. A lot of these issues should be reviewed by the San Antonio bar Association if you feel that you’ve experienced the same

Hired them for an accident and injury claim. They sent me to a crappy physical therapy place where there were tons of people in a gym-like setting and a couple people helping us all. They never did anything with my case and changed paralegals so often that each time I called they always said someone new was handling my case. They never returned my calls after several messages. After a few months of this I fired them. They suck- don’t waste your time.
