Absolute joke of a law firm. After continuing to call and even on video me getting fired for filing a complaint 2 separate managers admitted to it on camera. They refuse to let clients talk to an attorney refuse to even look at any evidence it's very clear and obvious they are paid off by businesses to help them screw over employees and unlawfully terminate them. Shame on herman law group they are part of the problem and have outright refused to even have a conversation with people who call them.
I emailed documents to support my case, which I have a very black and white open-shut case on my hands, and during the consultation the attorney said he’d get back to me in 10 days and he’d most likely take my case. Fast forward 2 months and I’m having to email and call them just for a follow up. The first time I called the receptionist said they had an emergency trial which delayed the process. I respected that. She said she’d follow up with me the next day regarding my case and once again I heard nothing. I waited 2-3 weeks and called back. This time a guy answered and said there was no one available to take my call at the time and he’d have to leave a message for me. I got a call back the next day and they said they still had not looked over my case after 2.5 months when I was quoted 10 days! I told her that I’d give them one more week to give me an answer because I could’ve already served my employer by now. A week goes by and she calls to say they won’t be representing me because of their case load, which they could’ve been more transparent about months prior, wasting my time when I could’ve been looking elsewhere. And it’s a shame too, because this was such an easy case for them and they could’ve made easy money.
I don’t recommend this attorney unless you have lots of time to waste.
I reached out for guidance with a hiring situation and believe a paralegal answered the call. I have no knowledge as to how the process of seeking legal help works since I’ve never had to. I was quite nervous especially given the hiring situation I am having to deal with. It is not an everyday thing for regular people to be seeking legal help just because. I am aware that the paralegal is not the lawyer; therefore, it is not her job to do anything other than take my information down. However, she was not very welcoming. I felt like I had inconvenienced her day by calling. As I was explaining to her the reason for calling and possibly seeking legal help, she completely cuts me off. I felt so bad. I’m sorry if I was maybe talking too much, but I was trying my best to properly explain the situation. She says that she will leave a message and straight up hangs up…she didn’t care to ask if I had any further questions or concerns…which I did. Not even a, “have a good day” at the least ??? I didn’t even get a chance to properly thank her for at least answering the call. I can’t judge the character nor expertise of the lawyers because I didn’t get that far. However, as a first time impression, it was not a very good one.
Highly recommend Herrmann Law! Pamela and Noor were very professional and their team were strong advocates for my case, which led to us winning! My case lasted for several years and during that timeline I received updates along the way, by email and phone call. During trial, Pamela’s professionalism as my attorney was extraordinary, as well as her team. Thank you Herrmann Law for never wavering and supporting our case! Truly grateful!
Helpful, communicative, patient, informative. This team made things easy to understand, and stayed very closely in touch with me throughout the entire process! There were also unbelievably kind, start to finish!
